Privacy policy

Effective September 25, 2026. Kotaro Design Lab. operates Domavista and processes information as described below.

Information and purposes

We process the domain extracted from your input, discovered public URLs, page titles, screenshots and capture times to find sites, display previews and reuse cached results. Do not enter secrets or personal information in a URL.

Data on your device

History and saved sites are stored in browser localStorage. We do not sync these lists to our servers. When you run a search, the target domain is sent to our server.

Retention

Search results are normally reused for 24 hours. Captured images are automatically deleted after approximately two days. Search-job data is normally deleted after 48 hours. Local history and saved sites remain until you clear them.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, processing and image storage. Cert Spotter (SSLMate), and crt.sh when needed, provide public certificate searches and receive the target domain. Target sites are visited from Cloudflare capture environments. Providers process connection information under their own policies and may process it outside your country, including outside Japan.

Connection data

Cloudflare may process IP addresses, timestamps and browser information for delivery and protection. We use IP addresses for short-lived rate limits. We do not add advertising, independent analytics or behavioral tracking.

Public website captures

Only pages available without signing in are captured. Cached results for a domain can be reused by other visitors. We do not create public search-result directories for search engines to index.

Requests and rights

Contact us with the relevant URL to request access, correction, deletion, removal of an image or exclusion from capture. We may verify your identity or authority and respond under applicable law. Contact information is used to handle your request.
